Soliciting feedback on website

Hi,
My parents are selling ("by owner") their home in Peoria, IL, and they asked me to create a website for them. They supplied the text and the pictures; I made the single-page site.

I'd appreciate any feedback on how it looks on your browser and screen size, how it seems to be organized, or if anything seems to be missing or broken.

I'm not a "real" programmer; I made it all in notepad++ with a few jquery plugins.

I think you did great.

Having said that, the hard part is getting people to find it.
I know there are home listing sites (zillow?) though i'm not familiar with them.
Best thing you could do is post your property on those.

Thanks for having a look, mouser. I think they're planning to list it on one of those For-Sale-By-Owner sites, which will allow them to post the url.

The whole thing is sort of crazy - my Dad is turning 70 this year, and his dad built this house (or part of it) 61 years ago. So neither of my parents have ever bought or sold a house.

Having just completed my very first (very basic) website (not online yet) - I'd say it looks very impressive
It works fine, also looking good on basic laptop screen - 1366x768

Spent the afternoon working on formatting it (in CSS) for optimal printing. I guess that's something someone might do with this sort of site. On my browser, I got it from 8 pages down to 4 by adjusting margins, removing picture thumbnails, and reformatting some of the lists.
