First of all..

Thank you to everyone who helped us reach our $8,000 goal for the fundraiser. It has been so wonderful watching the donations come in and watching Cody's temperature rise.

For those of you that expected the thermometer to explode when we reached $8,000 -- I apologize for the cruel trick of it expanding to $12,000. But just think of the people who haven't yet donated.. You don't want them to feel left out do you? They should still have a chance to participate.

Thank you everyone for making the fundraiser a success!

I hear from Nudone that Cody has been dancing and parading back and forth across the living room, celebrating, clanging pots and pans, and quacking up a storm.

To make up for the only modest changes to the banner when we reached our main goal.. We'll have to think of something special to happen if we manage by some miracle to somehow reach the new goal.

How about...Add the $8000 back, take out the $12000, and keep the green and current amount
