I see that your points on local storage etc are mainly for smart devices such as iOS/Android. The previous version of
Notezilla did not have the ability to sync & access notes from any device. When developing the current version, the first step was to introduce the cloud so that the notes are accessible from any device 'at-least' through the Notezilla.Net web-app. The next natural step would be create native apps for iOS/Android as you have suggested. We are still thinking on that.
